Ocean Club West has 68 rooms and is located in the heart of Grace Bay on the scuba diving island of Providenciales in Turks & Caicos. It's the perfect spot for those that wish to dive, but have access to sales shops and restaurants. The sister resort Ocean Club is just one mile east and across from the gulf course. A complimentary shuttle bus will take you from Ocean Club West to the other Ocean Club so you can truly stay at one site while playing at the other. The resort recommends scuba diving with
Dive Provo. So, they have 3 modern 36ft long dive boats including the Provo Conquest, Provo Crusader, and the Provo Challenger. Pre-paid transfers by Taxi are available for those not renting a car. They typically do 2 one tank dives in the morning, seasonal one tank dives, and three tank scuba safari trips visiting dive sites such as The Amphitheater, Grand Canyon, Shark Hotel, and Coral Staircase. You can dive canyons, walls, pinnacles, and coral reefs. Some other popular dive sites you may wish to see while staying at Ocean Club include: Double D, Elephant Ear Canyon, Aquarium, Eagle Ray Pass, and The Crack.
Dive Provo offers rentals, multiple dive packages, day dives, private charters, and scuba dive training. More importantly, they do open water referrals, refresher courses, and specialty courses. The Enriched Air/ Nitrox course is popular for those wishing to dive with Nitrox.
The Solana with Asian influence and teppanyaki is at Ocean Club West. Opus Wine Bar Grill with exquisite dining and seafood and The Cabana Bar & Grill with Caribbean flavor art at the Ocean Club on the east end. So, both resorts offer you tennis courts, fitness center, and close by Spa facilities. You are also close to the Provo Golf club. Moreover, you can rent jet skis, or go windsurfing, parasailing, take a submarine ride, or try kayaks and hobie cats.
More importantly, there are several restaurants and shopping areas located nearby. You may wish to visit at the Regent Village, Saltmills Plaza, and Ports of Call shopping plaza. Finally, The Casablanca Casino is not that far away either.
