MADURO DIVE TRAVEL SPECIALISTS BOOK LAND/AIR RESERVATIONS:
MADURO agents are all certified divers and travel agents. All SDU members can call or email to book or ask questions on the property, packages, Bonaire, air arrangements or any aspect of the trip. All bookings by SDU members for Habitat can only be made thru Maduro. Members must identify themselves to book or inquire as SDU otherwise they will be told that the property is blacked out for that week. All accommodations are subject to availability, accommodations are only guaranteed with deposit, all bookings are governed by the terms and conditions of Habitat, Maduro Dive and any applicable airline.

TRAVEL TRIP INSURANCE AND OTHER SERVICES
MADURO strongly recommends travel trip insurance for any SDU trip participant. Our optional online customizable travel trip insurance and protection is available for all USA SDU participants to protect their trip investment. Maduro will provide only SDU USA members a special link that can be use to receive a no obligation online quote. MADURO can also arrange any Add On as stated above and will convey any person’s special requirements or dietary needs to the property.

AIRLINE TICKETING AND MONITORING
MADURO is a fully accredited and appointed travel agency since 1980 and agrees to serve as airline ticketing agent for SDU for those trip participants that choose to book airfare through MADURO. MADURO is the exclusive representative for the HABITAT and is the largest representative wholesaler for Bonaire. As such, MADURO has the ability not only to provide competitive air prices for SDU participants at booking but will monitor airline schedule changes and protect all SDU members who book airfare with us. Maduro has the ability to issue air ticketing with a modest fee not just from the USA but all other countries. SDU participants may book airfare through an airline directly or any other air ticket provider. MADURO agrees to work in good faith to offer available travel options and book SDU participants at competitive prices.

INVOICES, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- An invoice with all booking services detail will be provided to every SDU member
- Initial deposit of US $100 per person from SDU member to MADURO is required to book and hold a room
- Airfare for flights arranged by Maduro is payable before tickets are issued and is by credit card only
- Final payment due to Maduro by SDU member is 90 days from trip date
Note: All land payments are payable to Maduro Travel Inc. and are by check, credit card, wire transfer or any other Maduro supported payment method

TRAVEL VOUCHER DOCUMENTS AND REGISTRATION FORMS
- SDU members who are fully paid will receive electronically all travel voucher documents 30 days prior to arrival date.
- SDU members will be provided required diver and hotel forms 30 days prior to arrival date.
