The trip was everything we had hoped for. The Humboldt Explorer operation was great. Service was first rate from start to finish. The cabin was more than adequate. Food was plentiful, and for the most part, good. Most importantly, the dive operation was tremendous. Tanks were filled in between each dive, so you barely had to touch your gear. Great dive masters and support staff. The dive masters had a tremendous ability to handle all the divers in difficult dive situations, while still finding all the sights. We saw 13 whale sharks! Hammerheads were so plentiful I said they were getting to be like pigeons (talk about spoiled). Turtles, ells, Galapagos sharks, Silky sharks, and many other.
