The reefs in Curacao were healthy and teaming with marine life. The Kura Hulanda had very nice rooms, and the staff was wonderful, but there were few amenities – more choices for food at the resort and in walking distance would have been welcome and the food at the resort was pricy (but good). The dive shop was accommodating and friendly as well – though the dive masters were not great at spotting marine life and pointing it out. The resort is also far from town, making it difficult to get into Willemstad – so just know that you would not go often or at all absent renting a car. I would certainly go back to the island to dive again, but might look at staying closer to more food options and renting a car and handling my own shore diving. It was a great trip!
